In our every day life, its difficult to take that crucial moment to stop and reflect and check in with ourselves. I found myself struggling to do that so I decided to meditate for 30 days and this is what happened:
So I meditated for 30 days every day. Nothing fancy, just 10 mins every day unguided. The first few days were all about figuring out what setting worked. I quickly realized that this giant nice open field behind my place was going to do the trick. Some days it was convenient for me to meditate, while others I felt like I had every excuse to simply skip mediating. I always felt like I was to busy to do it, but I would do it anyways and then feel IMMENSELY better. I felt calmer throughout my days, and felt as if I could approach conflict and difficult situations with balance and serenity.
